Plastic H-beam Reels: Made of engineering plastic specifically for plastic cable reels through injection molding. These products boast high precision and advanced structure, with densely ribbed side plates for reinforcement. They feature good balance, high strength, and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, achieving a balance accuracy of 6.3 or higher. The overall structure combines plastic and metal components to ensure shaft hole requirements and conductivity. Components are replaceable for easy maintenance. H-beam reels of varying strength and precision can be manufactured according to customer equipment requirements. A disadvantage is that with long winding/unwinding lengths, flange deformation can occur due to large capacities.
