Main Technical Parameters

Slitting Thickness: The standard slitting thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 1.2mm for common ferrous metals. For non-ferrous metals (such as aluminum, copper, etc.) with better ductility, the maximum slitting thickness can reach 1.5mm, which is suitable for various material processing needs in different industries.

Maximum Slitting Width: The maximum slitting width of the machine is 360mm, which can flexibly meet the slitting requirements of different width specifications of raw materials, covering most of the conventional production needs in the market.

Outer Diameter of Raw Coil: The maximum outer diameter of the raw material coil is φ1200mm, which allows loading of large-volume raw coils, reduces the frequency of coil replacement, and improves production efficiency.

Inner Diameter of Raw Coil: The inner diameter of the raw coil is fixed at φ500mm, which is compatible with most standard raw material coils in the industry, ensuring convenient and quick coil loading and unloading operations.

Pay-off Weight: The maximum pay-off weight is 1000KG, which can stably support the unwinding of heavy raw coils, avoid coil slipping or deviation during the pay-off process, and ensure the stability of the slitting operation.

Slitting Width of Finished Strip: When the slitting width of the finished strip is set to 13mm, the machine can simultaneously slit 15 pieces of finished strips at one time, realizing high-efficiency batch production and greatly improving production output.

Cutter Size: The cutter size is φ80mm x φ160mm x B, with high hardness and wear resistance. The reasonable structural design ensures sharp cutting, reduces burrs on the edge of the finished strip, and improves the cutting quality.

Cutter Shaft Diameter: The diameter of the cutter shaft is φ80mm, which has strong load-bearing capacity and good rigidity. It can keep stable rotation during high-speed slitting, avoid shaft deformation, and ensure the accuracy of slitting width.

Slitting Speed: The slitting speed can be steplessly adjusted within the range of 1-60m/min. Operators can flexibly adjust the speed according to the material of the raw coil, slitting width and precision requirements, balancing production efficiency and product quality.

Maximum Number of Slitting Strips: The machine can slit up to 15 pieces of finished strips at one time, which is suitable for large-batch, multi-specification production needs and effectively reduces production costs.

Slitting Precision: The slitting precision is high, with a width error of ±0.02mm, and the sickle bay is ≤1mm per meter. It can ensure the consistency of the width and flatness of the finished strip, meeting the high-precision processing requirements of various industries.

Motor Configuration: The machine is equipped with a high-power and energy-saving motor system. The machine head motor is 4KW, providing stable power for the slitting operation; the take-up motor is 11KW, ensuring smooth and stable take-up of the finished strip, avoiding loose or tight winding, and ensuring the quality of the finished coil.
