Horizontal Steel Strip Payoff Machine: Stably releases the steel strip (flux-cored wire outer sheath) horizontally, preventing deformation and ensuring flatness for subsequent forming.
Passive Welding Wire Payoff Machine: Passively releases welding wire (for composite flux-cored wires), adjusting speed automatically to avoid wire breakage or slack.
Five-Head Forming Machine: Core forming component, bending steel strips into U/O-shaped grooves for flux loading via five progressive heads, ensuring groove uniformity and precision.
High-Precision Servo Powder Adding Device: Precisely adds flux powder into steel strip grooves, ensuring uniform flux content to guarantee welding performance and quality stability.
Three-Head Wire Drawing Machine: Draws the initial flux-cored wire blank to the required diameter, improving surface finish and flux compactness to prevent powder leakage.
