Flux cored wire forming production line is composed of 800 spool pay-off machine, 9-stand precision continuous rolling unit, powder adding and seaming unit, 5-unit 450 linear drawing unit, take-up large looper, 800 spool take-up machine and so on.
Flux cored wire forming production line
The inlet raw material of the forming production line is a low carbon steel coil with a diameter of Ф5.5mm after rust removal, and the exit is a semi-finished product of Ф2.5mm flux-cored welding wire.
(1) 800 spool pay-off machine
The round steel that has been wound on the 800 I-wheel produced by the round steel pretreatment production line is placed on the pay-off machine, and the line is evenly paid out to supply the main raw material of the forming production line. The pay-off machine can carry a coil weighing 1 ton, which can reduce the impact of raw material joints on production efficiency during continuous production.
(2) 9-stand precision continuous rolling mill
The cantilever horizontal precision rolling mill is adopted, and the upper and lower rolls are driven by active transmission. The 9-stand precision rolling mills are arranged in a straight line to form a continuous rolling mill. Between the rolling mill and the rolling mill, there is a looper device, which automatically adjusts the speed of each rolling mill through the looper amount detection device and the closed-loop control system to match the speed of each stand of the production line.
The rolling pass with our company's independent intellectual property rights is the most critical. Through this set of pass, the degree of hardening during the rolling process is minimized, and the raw material is stable and accurately positioned in the pass. Because the degree of hardening is relatively small, annealing treatment is not necessary at all, thereby maintaining the advantages of low production cost of the coiling method, and making the mass industrial production of the coiling method flux-cored welding wire possible.
(3) Adding powder and seaming unit
Adopting the separation structure of the belt quantitative lower powder and powder storage cylinder, the powder adding cylinder, the controller automatically adjusts the belt speed according to the linear speed when the U-shaped open tube passes through the powder adding machine to ensure the stability and uniformity of the powder addition. Regularly check the actual powder addition rate of the flux-cored welding wire, and input the actual measurement value into the automatic control system with the keyboard. The control system automatically corrects the deviation between the set value and the actual measurement value to maintain the high accuracy of the powder addition rate.
The seam adopts the design of combining three groups of two-high rolling mills, and each group of rolling mills has a horizontal and one vertical structure. The closed deformation process of the joint is reasonable, which improves efficiency, reduces deformation and hardening, and effectively prevents powder leakage.
(4) 5-unit 450 linear wire drawing unit
The use of 450 reels and multi-rollers with large curvature tuning rolls keeps the welding wire in the reducing process with a relatively large radius of curvature, maintains an appropriate compression ratio, and reduces the damage and hardening of the welding wire.
(5) 800 spool take-up machine
A large-volume take-up looper is arranged in front of the take-up machine, which acts as a buffer and adjustment to ensure that the wire is arranged neatly when the wire is taken up to the spool.
Layer rewind packaging equipment
It is composed of welding wire layer winding machine and vacuum packaging machine. The Ф1.2mm flux-cored welding wire wound on the 630 I-shaped wheel is finally wound on the layer winding machine into a 15kg wire reel, and vacuum-packed by a vacuum packaging machine, and then packed into the packing box.
