1. Raw materials: A. Steel belt: width: 10-16mm; thickness: 0.6-1.0mm B. Filler powder: according to formula information

2. Steel strip forming method: the steel strip is rolled into a shape by a roller, and the diameter of the welding wire is Φ3.2～3.8mm. Direct spool take-up line. Turn around to the wire drawing machine to pay off.

3. Filling rate of the molding machine: 15-25% (The filling ratio is determined according to the loose packing ratio of the filler powder)

4. Steel strip online cleaning: the surface of the steel strip is treated to facilitate the subsequent processes. It can be cleaned online on the rewinding production line and the forming machine production line.

5. The number and size of the main rolls of the forming machine: 10-12 pairs of main rolls, the size of the rolls is Ф160mm, which can also be increased or decreased according to the specific requirements of users.
